I found this post promoted by YouMoz to be very interesting.  It reports on a study which investigates how individuals interact with Google and other major sites during the buying process. The study looks at how many pages of Google results consumers actually look at and the extent to which consumers’ purchasing decisions are affected by online reviews. You can read it here.
